What inspired you to start your own business?

My passion for sports and the ability to work for myself and control my time.

I went to Loughborough University, the best sporting university in the country,
and performed well on the athletics team. So, I know and understand how tough it can be to reach a high level of performance. This is on top of my genuine passion for all sports and helping people achieve their fitness goals.

No, I do not provide services online. I prefer to have one session with my clients
